Little is left of many of the pueblos that once stood at the base of these cliffs, some of which would have been three or four stories tall.  This view shows the entrances to the caves and the back rooms built into the cliffs.  What remains of the Anasazi's original dwellings that they had built in front and below is mostly rubble now.  Photograph taken in 1991 by Howard J.
