Painted Wall Panel in the House Lounge Part of a series of murals completed in 1936 by Thomas Hart Benton, collectively titled: The Social History in the State of Missouri. This panel forms the left side of a mural subtitled: Politics, Farming, and Law in Missouri. Four other panels from the series are on display in this side photo tour from Cupola. The Missouri State Historical Society offers more information on T. H. Benton and his inspired work in the Missouri State Capitol. Photograph by Robert Dolton, who has kindly permitted its publication on the Cupola site. Taken in the summer of 2004.
