Musée de l'Ecole de Nancy (page 1 of 3)
Entrance Detail While not actually an Art Nouveau piece itself, the old J. B. E. Corbin residence now houses a museum dedicated to the works of the School of Nancy, an influential group of Art Nouveau artists and architects. The house itself is said to date from around 1870, although it has undergone several major alterations since then. The handsome door seen here features some rather pretty Art Nouveau colored glass. Photograph taken in 1982 by Howard J. Partridge.
